CrimeCONN 2026, Connecticut’s acclaimed annual, one-day mystery writers and readers conference at the Ferguson Library in Stamford, CT, (a forty-five-minute train ride from Grand Central), is set for May 16. The day includes five author panels, a forensics presentation and writers workshop. Lunch and coffee served all day. Discounts for seniors, students and MWA members. Pick Your Poison. Crime writers who write what they know. And love. The mystery genre is full of sub-genres and sub-sub genres. Learn how writers convert their life experiences, or compelling interests, or just plain curiosity, into mystery and suspense.
