‘Winter Witness’ kicks off Tina deBellegarde’s Batavia-on-Hudson series
Tina deBellegarde kicked off her Batavia-on-Hudson mystery series with the launch of “Winter Witness” on Sept. 29. She will be reading an excerpt at MWA-NY’s KGB Virtual Reading on Oct.13.
